Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Executive House Suites Hotel. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work under pressure
