Job Summary
Résidence Wales Home is seeking a skilled Dietician-Nutritionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans to promote their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of residents to identify their dietary needs and preferences
- Develop and implement healthy meal plans that cater to residents' individual needs
- Collaborate with our cook and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services
- Monitor residents' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Membership in the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Previous experience in geriatrics an asset
