Job Description

At Résidence Wales Home, we are seeking a skilled Dietician-Nutritionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs and making recommendations to support their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary restrictions, and preferences.

Collaborate with our Cook and other healthcare professionals to ensure that meals are nutritious and appealing to residents.

Monitor residents' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition
• Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ) member
• Good written and spoken English
• Previous experience in geriatrics an asset
• Ability to adapt a menu to an elderly population's needs and preferences
