Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care and support to our residents, including emotional and social support.
Durand Manor is a 26-bed residential care facility located in Golden, BC. Our facility is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.
What We Offer- A competitive hourly wage of $32.84 to $41.35 per hour, effective April 1, 2024.

- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
