Nurse Specialist

AirSculpt is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting and sterilizing equipment.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including clinical and surgical chart notes, in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, medical assistants, and patient coordinators, to ensure seamless patient care and surgical scheduling.
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, consistently meeting the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in all aspects of the clinical and surgical environment, including supporting physicians and other staff members as needed.
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Current Nurse license (RN, RPN, LVN, LPN) with a minimum of two years' nursing experience.
- ACLS Certificate required.
- IV Certificate required (for LVNs/LPNs).
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- High energy and a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
