Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to succeed
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of the business
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage inventory levels
* Establish work schedules and ensure the team is working efficiently
* Sell merchandise and resolve customer complaints and issues
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Requirements:
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Accurate and organized with a focus on attention to detail
* Client-focused and team-oriented
