About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Scott 75 Pharmacy Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of pharmaceutical products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Enter client information in databases, compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, and prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, and manage routine office functions including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Record Keeping: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, and supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians, and other staff.
  • Quality Control: Maintain attention to detail and ensure accurate and reliable work.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, organized, flexible, initiative, and reliable.
