Electronic Products Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Products Store Manager to join our team at 138102 Canada inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales processing, and inventory control.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent Employment: This is a permanent full-time position.
- Language: French is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
