Representative Sales Associate Part-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our client, Ferrero Canada, and working with retail stores to increase sales and execute consumer-focused marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with retail store personnel to create effective action plans and support a positive brand image.
- Ensure sales are executed flawlessly, on-time, and in accordance with client growth initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing in-store visibility of products and client promotions.
- Maintain product availability by adhering to merchandising and display standards.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance product positioning and brand awareness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising, preferably.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including daily access to the internet.
