About the Role:
The Senior Specialist of Occupational Health & Safety will play a key role in helping our workers and leaders understand their health and safety obligations, ensuring a healthy and safe workplace. This position will develop and implement programs, safe work procedures, policies, and training to enable us to deliver on our health & safety obligations every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance workplace health and safety.
- Develop and deliver training to leaders and employees on health and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate hazards, injuries, and near misses.
- Develop and maintain safe work procedures and policies.
