About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
