The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to grow their skills among a team of professionals with a strong reputation for producing amazing work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct sales, estimating, negotiating, closing, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation Strategy and Relationship Building:
    • Plan and coordinate new initiatives to grow new and existing client relationships
    • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key clients—building owners, strata councils, property management firms, and project managers
    • Gather leads and insights by proactively keeping a regular schedule of touchpoints with customers
    • Savvy with Salesforce – Perform ongoing administration and tracking of the sales funnel
  • Estimating, Pre-Production, and Closing:
    • Crunching the numbers – Perform estimates for qualified opportunities while following the WCP Estimating System
    • An ace at proposals – Coordinate and lead pre-production meetings and develop comprehensive and convincing proposals
    • Ensuring the t's are crossed – Take charge of transitioning projects to the approved WCP contractor
    • Closing with gusto – Hit budgeted Success Ratio, Booked GP and Margin Targets
  • Production:
    • Seamlessly transition – Transition projects smoothly to the Production department
    • Leading from the front – Coordinate and lead Pre-Production Meetings to align teams
    • Data-driven operations – Provide Scopes, POs, and required data for all projects before commencement
    Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in working with strata management companies and/or B2B Sales
    • Proven successful history of direct sales, estimating, negotiating, closing, and networking
    • Previous experience in the construction industry (ideally in exterior building restoration or painting)
    • Previous experience estimating exterior building restoration and/or interior projects
    • Exceptional communication skills at levels - written, verbal, and in person
