Job Summary: As an In-Home Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship and respite services, and handling meal planning, preparation, and feeding. You will also be responsible for assisting with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
Requirements and Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with a passion to serve and help others, a high school diploma or certification in HCA, and access to reliable transportation or a reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 driver's license to travel within Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and surrounding communities. Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities is highly desirable.
What We Look for: We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, empathetic, and patient, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients and their families, and contributing to creating a positive and supportive environment.
