Job Title: Lead Retail Supervisor


Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year


**Job Description:**

As an Assistant Store Manager with Cleo Fashions Inc, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store. You will lead all aspects of the store's business and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership
  • Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide leadership to the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Able to motivate, train, and coach others to success
  • Holds strong retail and business acumen
  • Excellent sales skills and committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
