Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals by offering expert advice on investment products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for synergy between sectors to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management standards are met while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Direct clients to the right service offering based on their needs, providing a seamless customer experience.
About the Team

You will be part of the Exclusive Remote Advisory Services team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences. The team is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. ET, and team members report to Estelle Champagne.

We use on-the-job learning and personalized training content to help you master your role as a Strategic Financial Advisor. Our training programs cover banking solutions and the advisory approach, supporting your ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English; intermediate French language proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an advisory role.
  • IIROC registered representative's license.
  • Proficiency in investment products.
