Job Opportunity: Brandon University is seeking a highly qualified individual to teach General Chemistry courses.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Contract Academic Staff to teach 18:160 General Chemistry I and 18:170 General Chemistry II courses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person course content and coordinate with the laboratory instructor regarding overall course assessment.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated evidence of teaching effectiveness.
Compensation: $6901 per 3 credit hour course.
