Job Summary

Trade Ready is seeking an experienced digital sales leader to accelerate our international advertising footprint with a focus on scalable programmatic and video digital media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional teams to launch advertising as a net new offering in multiple countries and regions.
  • Develop and execute a customer-led go-to-market approach for international expansion growth with a focus on self-serve programmatic and premium video.
  • Launch Amazon Advertising 'end-to-end' into multiple new locales and regions, in collaboration with existing international expansion go-to-market and product resources.
  • Develop net new product and service models that impact the core value proposition of the international expansion ads business.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  • Work with business leaders from product groups to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, utilize a network of relationships with the relevant industry to gather market intelligence, and ensure solutions include plans for metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, and launch efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
