Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team at our rehabilitation centre and special health institution. As a registered physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, supervising technical and support staff, planning physiotherapy programs, and maintaining clinical and progress reports.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

As a registered physiotherapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, with various conditions and injuries. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing exercises and interventions to help patients achieve optimal recovery and function.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure effective delivery of physiotherapy services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Conduct research in physiotherapy to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and be registered with the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in specialized areas such as virtualization would be an asset.
