Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are working efficiently
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
