We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including those related to employment equity and diversity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
