We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Director to join our team at TFS HealthScience. As a key member of our Evidence Delivery team, you will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery, and oversight of company-sponsored studies and externally sponsored studies.
The successful candidate will work closely with our scientific study leader to ensure the successful execution of studies across all stages, from concept development to delivery. You will be responsible for providing insights on operational feasibility, coordinating protocol development, and ensuring the input of all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational feasibility insights during study design concept development
- Coordinate protocol development and ensure input from cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide input on operational feasibility of the protocol
- Lead internal study governance processes, including ERT, MARC, LSPC, and Clinical Challenge
- Select External Service Providers (ESPs), including Clinical Research Organisations (CROs)
- Set up study teams and manage study sourcing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in medical or biological science or equivalent by experience
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry/CRO experience in clinical study/research project delivery and drug development process
- Project Management qualification or demonstration of project management skills
- Scientific awareness and knowledge of observational study guidelines and SOPs
- Extensive knowledge of early and late-stage Pharmaceutical Development
