Clinical Study Director

We are seeking a Clinical Study Director to lead our global study teams, driving successful study delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the RoleThis is a business-critical position within our Study Management department, accountable for delivering clinical studies on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional study teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure study milestones are achieved according to timelines and budget.
- Facilitate communication across all functions, including external partners and service providers, and conduct investigator meetings and other study-related meetings.
- Ensure external service providers are performing to contracted goals and timelines/budget, and provide adequate oversight and issue escalation.
- Develop and maintain relevant study plans, including quality and risk management planning, to ensure clear risk response strategies and issue escalation pathways.
Requirements:
- University degree in medical or biological sciences or a related discipline.
- 5 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of ICH GCP clinical research regulatory requirements and demonstrated abilities in clinical study management processes.
- Demonstrated solid project management skills and knowledge of relevant tools, as well as strong team leadership abilities.
