Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Fei Shang. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to keep them clean and tidy
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents to promote positive behavior
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home by following proper safety protocols
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote socialization and development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure children receive a balanced diet
  • Supervise and care for children to ensure their physical and emotional well-being
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children by providing a nurturing and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate to ensure children's safety
  • Vulnerable sector check to ensure a safe working environment
  • Flexibility, initiative, and reliability to work effectively in a home setting
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to ensure a smooth day
Work Environment:

As a Child Caregiver, you will work in a home setting, providing care and support to children in a non-smoking environment. You will be required to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the family.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
