About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Moncton North) Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Quality Control and Customer Service

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods and working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Personal Qualities

Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
