Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers and other staff members.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
