About the Role

Hunter Amenities International is a leading manufacturer of guest amenities, with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We're seeking a skilled Batch Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long-term scheduling objectives.
  • Assist in developing junior staff through training and mentorship.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency and quality while ensuring compliance with GMP procedures and corporate regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot problem batches and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of batches and adherence to schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (desired but not required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in compounding and batch production.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
