Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Blenz Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
  • Handle customer transactions and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
Work Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Hours:
  • 30-35 hours per week.
