Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Formosa Tea Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and storage rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
