Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KMJE Investments Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
