The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies. They will also represent the organization in negotiations and select senior staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is permanent, with 30 hours per week, and requires English language proficiency. The Executive Director will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving human resources planning. They will also be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegating authority to them.
