Clinical Practice Director

Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Clinical Practice is a key leadership role within Thrive Group Canada, responsible for overseeing and ensuring clinical excellence across all Thrive organizations. This role provides leadership and direction for both Medical Doctors and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring clinical programs, policies, education, and innovation are aligned and consistently delivered at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop clinical programs, policies, research initiatives, and education programs.
- Provide leadership and direction for Medical Doctors and Nurse Practitioners.
- Ensure clinical excellence across all Thrive organizations.
- Foster communities of practice, research, innovation, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and grow a robust Nurse Practitioner community of practice.
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class.
- Previous experience working with seniors and/or people with disabilities within a 24/7 environment.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation health records software.
- Advanced skills in building and maintaining working relationships with healthcare teams and community partners.
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
