Job Summary:

49 Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile transformations and enhance team performance. This role involves leading multiple teams, facilitating Scrum meetings, and coaching team members in Agile practices.

About the Role:

  • Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure they are productive and effective.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters and team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices, principles, and the Scrum framework.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
  • Proven experience in facilitating Agile transformations within organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Experience working in government or large-scale organizations is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean) is an asset.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
