Job Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower our team members to achieve their full potential.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will also involve:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Managing budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making
  • Mentoring and developing high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
