We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our Strategic Operations team at MS SOFA MANUFACTURE LTD.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee the implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocate resources effectively, and drive business growth. As Executive Director - Strategic Operations, you will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
You will work closely with senior staff to co-ordinate regional, divisional, or departmental activities, establish objectives for the organization, and represent the company in official functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience in allocating resources, managing teams, and driving business results.
Responsibilities- Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
- Approve overall human resources planning to optimize talent and skills
- Represent the company in official functions, including negotiations and other meetings
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
- 1-2 years of experience in executive leadership or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to allocate resources effectively and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing teams and driving business results
The estimated salary for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
