We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Dr. Benjamin Klein Medicine Professional Corporation.

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  2. Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  3. HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  4. Information Flow Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure effective communication.
  5. Daily Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and evaluating their performance.
  6. Mail and Materials Distribution: Open and distribute mail and other materials to the relevant staff members.
  7. Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  9. Compliance Review: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  10. Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  11. Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  12. Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  13. Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into organizational performance.
  14. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  15. Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  16. Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure secure and efficient data storage.
  17. Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  18. Work Environment Evaluation: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to prevent disease or injury.
  19. Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
