Job Description

As a Liquor Store Supervisor at Liquor Baron, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our wine department. This includes:

  • Hiring, training, and developing a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Establishing work schedules and overseeing staff performance to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Resolving customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance staff capabilities.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
