About the Opportunity

Lrostaffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Patent Agent with a background in electrical engineering to join our client, a National law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a thriving Patent Agency unit within a well-established law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of patents in the electrical field
  • Possible litigation support when required

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in either electrical engineering, computer sciences, or software engineering
  • Previous experience in a law firm, IP boutique, or in-house setting
  • US Patent Agent qualification would be an asset
  • Bilingualism would be an asset but is not required

What We Offer:

  • An existing book of business would be an asset but is not required
  • Opportunity to join a well-established Patent Agency unit within a National law firm
