We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agronomist (Ag Sales Representative) to join our team at the Agro Centre in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountability for sales and marketing of Ag and farm supply products, including seed, fertilizer, ag equipment, propane, and fuel.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Introducing Co-op Crop Supply products and resources to satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintaining the annual Ag Sales Representative Work Plan.
  • Assisting management with the development of a yearly forecast and marketing plan.
  • Collaborating with Operations staff to ensure timely product delivery and allocation.
  • Providing agronomic services to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary education or 3-5 years of progressive and successful sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agronomy is considered an asset.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts.
  • A strong work ethic, honesty, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
