Job Title: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon

SickKids, a leading children's hospital, is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. As a key member of our Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to children with spinal deformities and other orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex surgical procedures on children with spinal deformities and other orthopedic conditions
  • Participate in emergency Orthopaedic call schedule at SickKids
  • Contribute to the Division's scholarly productivity through research, education, and global health initiatives
  • Provide effective and collaborative leadership at the hospital, provincial, national, and international level
Requirements:
  • MD, MBBS, or equivalent degree
  • Recent fellowship training or established international reputation
  • Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto
  • Eligibility for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
