Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
