Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
