Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Business Manager to join our team at Beauty First. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures

The Beauty Salon Business Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Plan and Control Budget and Inventory

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling the budget and inventory of the salon, ensuring that we are operating within our means and that our stock levels are adequate.

Manage Contracts for Advertising and Marketing Strategies

The Beauty Salon Business Manager will be responsible for managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money and that our marketing efforts are effective.

Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and quality treatments.

Address Customer Complaints and Concerns

The Beauty Salon Business Manager will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we are providing a high level of customer service and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring that we are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year

Supervision

3-4 people
