Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at Beauty First.

Job Summary

The Beauty Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Marketing: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that our salon is promoted effectively and that we are reaching our target audience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to make sound judgments.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and ability to work in a variety of temperatures.
