Lundbeck Canada is a leading pharmaceutical company in the psychiatric and neurological field. We are currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team as a full-time representative for the Levis territory.

About the Job:

  • We are looking for a skilled sales professional with a strong background in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in the CNS field and/or working with psychiatrists.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in life sciences or business administration and excellent analytical skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is highly valued for this role, given its location in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Objectives (50%):
  • Achieve territory sales objectives for Lundbeck promoted products in Psychiatry.
  • Implement territory plan of action, including field call activities established by the sales and marketing teams for each defined cycle.
  • Fully understand and promote Lundbeck psychiatry and partnered products and services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, using sales cycle promotional material efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain relations with clients, identify their needs, and inform them about Lundbeck's high-quality products.
  • Stay abreast of competing products and scientific developments for psychiatry products.
Business Planning (25%):
  • Develop and revisit regularly a territory business plan, implementing key tactics to maximize selling efforts, optimize growth opportunities, and achieve sales.
  • Leverage communication channels for efficient access to HCPs (face-to-face and virtual).
  • Manage field budget adequately to optimize reach and targeted customer interaction.
  • Execute tailored call preparation and review process aligned with the Lundbeck selling model to move customers along the adoption ladder.
  • Use sales and performance report systems (KPIs) to optimize performance across the territory.
  • Continuously gather insights through interactions with customers and adapt tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to offer tailored solutions and maximize product potential and sales.
Medical Communication and Education Activities (20%):
  • Effectively implement needs-based programs and learning activities as per cycle plan of action and follow-up to optimize impact.
  • Work closely with Medical Science Liaison and Medical Education teams to identify educational opportunities and develop advocacy in the territory.
  • Ensure compliance and respect for ethical rules in all learning activities implemented with customers.
Administration and Corporate Compliance (5%):
  • Update and maintain key customer target lists.
  • Use CRM to ensure field activities are captured and documented.
  • Comply with Lundbeck Canada processes and satisfy business needs efficiently and timely.

Salary: $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
