About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at 1558Dao Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and other sweet goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and execute recipes for a range of baked goods, including pastries, bread, and cakes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train bakery staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Café or bakery environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines.
