Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Fast Labour Solutions Ltd. as a key member of our fabrication department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including manual and automated welding, flame-cutting, and metal shaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience working with a range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper alloys.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual and automated welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and flux core welding
  • Operate flame-cutting equipment to cut and shape metal
  • Use metal shaping and bending machines to create complex shapes and forms
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and machinery
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Pressure Welding Certification
  • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate
  • Level one to five apprenticeship training
  • Experience working with a range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper alloys
  • Strong background in welding and fabrication
