We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve complex work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Cost Estimation and Materials Management

Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

Reporting and Coordination

Prepare and submit production and other reports to stakeholders, and coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Project Scheduling and Supervision

Establish methods to meet project schedules, supervise workers and projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Materials and Supplies

Requisition materials and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient project execution.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in construction or a related field is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
