We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Armand-Shel Investment Inc. as a Cleaner - Light Duty Position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need.
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens and towels.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
