About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and generation of invoices for services rendered to clients. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data. You will also be reviewing billing data for discrepancies or errors and rectifying them before invoicing. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and generation of invoices for services rendered to clients
  • Review billing data for discrepancies or errors and rectify them before invoicing
  • Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience handling a variety of financial duties
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (comfortable working with pivot tables)
  • Experience with a large accounting ERP system
