- Meal preparation, tailored to the client's dietary needs and preferences.
- Light housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Ambulation and transporting of clients, promoting mobility and independence.
- Providing companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to stimulate mental and emotional well-being.
- Ability to follow care plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.
- Documentation and charting, maintaining accurate records of client care and progress.
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Ability to travel around the location territory.
